Root cell signal

i was looking at my batter usage and noticed it said it was 50% with no signal and was using like 40%+ of my battery, did a battery pull and its only using 13 percent now and no time without signal but what gives?

We had this issue in the Eris realm for awhile too. Usually just helped by turning airplane mode on and off.
