Cell tracking undetected

I have been using Cerberus to track my phones. I used it too much recording room sounds, checking sms and phone logs. I was tracking my desperate teen who is on the edge of life and death. Now Cerberus has blocked those features with no response on emails to customer service. I know I am not supposed to use it for that but I payed for the app, and its my phone and I told my teen, you are being tracked. I need something similiar to replace Cerberus. Any suggestions?
