Center Button Assignment??

Can this blank button in the center of the lock screen be assigned to anything?

Also, can anything be added to this menu? i.e. wi-fi and bluetooth?

as of right now...no and no
the lock screen i havent seen any app or any other way to tweak it...other than getting a whole new lockscreen
