For the last few weeks, I have had some connectivity troubles with my Samsung Stratosphere. It seems that my Facebook and Wikipedia apps won't connect to the internet. As if this isn't strange enough, I can't even access these sites through my mobile browser! This happens when on Wi-Fi and when I am on 3g/4g connections. I also noticed a significant drop in internet speed once this started occurring. Sometimes, if I restart my phone, they will connect the first or second time I use them, then it's back to no connection for those apps and pages. I'm usually pretty tech savvy, but this is just weird, and I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing it. I even restored my phone to factory settings and re-downloaded everything from the Play store. Any ideas?

Certain Apps Won't Connect

hmm, have you tried taking the battery out and then rebooting, if that doesn't work maybe you should create a backup then reset your phone, just to see if that fixes it.
I did all of this. The last time I removed the battery and put it back was when it decided to pick on my browser connection.
