are the staff dodgy as i've read alot online they try to scam people
 
They offered me a fair cash price for the phone I sold. Could have got more trade-in or private selling but that's a given.

This was a few years ago though. Any company buying used kit to make profit will try and get it at the lowest price and sell as high as possible.

Check ebay prices first to get an idea of what a used s3 goes for before going in...
