Chances of getting Jelly Bean Update

I've been having this question for quite sometime regarding Jelly Bean. Any chance of getting this update?

From HTC or Virgin Mobile probably not, but I though I saw a forum tht said we might, but idk about it being Reliable

I was just wondering about this yesterday, guessing only way will be by end users.

Gee, it's like it was only last year all I heard about was going from Gingerbread to Ice Cream Sandwich. One of the reasons I held off buying the EVO 3D. Dang this fast-paced tech stuff!
