Help Change brightness of menu button?

So I found an app (screen adjuster) that lowers brightness past system lowest brightness.

I realized just how bright our buttons are next to the home button.. I was wondering is there an app or anything that can allow us to lower the brightness?

Soft buttons light didn't work

My back and settings button still turn on and are still bright :/ I mean I'm surprised there's no work around to the brightness of these buttons, they get pretty bright in the dark

You could on the s2 but as far as I'm aware, this is not possible on the s4.
