i tried many popular launchers and they all just closed whenever i want to change it to default, i tried clear default/data bbk launcher (vivo default launcher) and still cant change launcher (launcher that i tried are nova launcher,evie launcher,google now launcher and smart launcher 5)

Can you go to Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Three-dotted menu > Reset app preferences?
Vivo is the same as Oppo, and basically you can't change the launcher in the heavily modified and customised Chinese version of Android that they use.
