Tried to see how to do this in settings and in homescreen but can't see how to replace the clock dial with digital time and date as shown in screen shots. I've got the new Orange San Francisco phone
I'm not sure what's included with your phone, but the clock is a widget on your screen. You can long press on the clock, then drag to the bottom of the screen to the trash. Then, long press on the screen and see what widgets come up. You may need to go into "applications" when the screen pops up. Look for an alternate clock there.
