Change default 'dock' applications on GS3

Hi,

I have a Galaxy S3 running Jelly Bean, and I'm wondering if it is possible to change the default 'dock' apps - that is the apps at the bottom of ALL my home screens. The default apps are Phone, Contacts, Messaging, Internet and Apps.

IIRC, you just drag and drop icons onto the dock, no? (I switched to Nova launcher a while ago, so stock may be different.)

Unfortunately the drag & drop doesn't work. I searched google and it seems like they might have changed how it's done in 4.1, as none of the methods that came up worked.
