change default language

i bought android jxd device.
by default it is having chinese language.
in settings- language and keyboard also it is not having English language
Please help me to get english as default language in my device.

If it doesn't offer you other options under settings-language, then there's not really an option to.

You could however put another rom on your device, one that does have the language.
