Change e-mail password

[Android Question]

I changed my yahoo e-mail password at my computer workstation... now my droid phone will not link up because of incorrect password. How do I reset the password in my phone? Thank you!

I am assuming you are using the Yahoo! app. If you go to settings>accounts and delete the Yahoo! account, it will prompt you again to login. Just log in with your new password and you will be fine.

Hi, welcome to Android Forums.

If you are using the Yahoo Mail app, I think the only way is to open the app, go into accounts and delete then add the account with the new password.

If you are using the stock mail app you should be able to change your password in the account settings. (I am able to on my HTC One)
