Change Google Maps/Navigation to another language?

I like having Android in english but I perfer my Maps and Navigation language (voice) to be in another language.

How can I do this?

The only way to have Google Maps speak a different language is to change the actual settings in Settings.app > General > International > Language.

Im on 4.2.2 and I didnt find this settings. Is it in Google Maps itself or Andoid?


I dont want to change the system language, just for Maps/Navigation.
