Help Change icon for folder

Anyone know how to change the icon used for a folder on the Droid Razr? Particularly one that I've created.

I've tried opening the folder and choosing settings but that gives me the phone settings. Also tried to push and hold the folder but that ends up having the phone thinking I want to move the entire folder to a different screen page.

I do not think you can change the icon in the stock launcher.

I us eGo Launcher Ex and just tried creating a folder. After you get it on the home screen, long-press it and choose 'replace' and that allows you to choose an icon for the folder.

Add a new group (with icon) in the apps draw then move the group folder to the desired screen.
