Help Change Icons

Hi Guys,
Is there a way to change icons without changing theme or launcher? I'm sure I saw the option somewhere but I can't find it now. I am rooted and also looked through Xblast and Gravitybox but I can't see any option anywhere, am I being blind?

Found it, it's in xperia xposed.
Strange thing though, all my icons were changed using nova launcher but a lot of them don't change on stock launcher

Sorta OT, but do you have any issues running all 3 of those modules together? If I run xblast and Xperia Xposed together, I get bootloops.

Yea I run all three fine, different tweaks with different modules and no bootloops yet. I'm pretty sure I've had at least two of them on all ROMs I've ran :/
