Help Change InternalSD for MicroSD

Hi! First of all I want to say I'm new here!
So I'll go directly to the point!
I've seen people change their Internal Memory for their MicroSD.
But haven't been able to find how to do it for my phone is and LG and android version is 4.1.2
There are some lines that I don't know what to write on them to make the change correctly, I would also like to know how can I restore my phone in-case something goes wrong.
The device is rotted btw...

Need help as soon as possible!

Sorry man but the Link2SD one is not about this, it is related, but different, I'm having a little problem with that app so It's definitely no the same thing as modifying the vold.fstab file, anyways only 3.
