Houston, we have a problem...

Is this WiFi location giving you erroneous location information? It can happen sometimes. I've had WiFi location showing locations being on completely the wrong continent, like I was in London and it had me as being in Hong Kong.

what app or apps is specifically tell you you're in houston? Like said above some times that's a network IP address location - and that's occasionally off due to where your network provider has their main nodes and tracing functions not working right.

If on the other hand it's google maps showing your location off - you need to probably reboot the phone - give it a minute or 2 - and then try it again.

If you still have issues with GPS location I like an app called JustGPS - it gives you raw GPS data if you want and will show you when you have a full satellite lock (usually 7 or more satellites locked in)

Meanwhile if you have network location issues - those often resolve themselves as GPS location will take precedence - but if not and it's still wrong after reboot - toggle airplane mode and see if that helps - short of doing a full reboot.
