Help Change language

I received the Samsung i7500 but unfortunately the default language is set to German. How can I change it to English?

That's wierd, it should have asked you at the begining. Do a factory reset to get it to a fresh state.

If you cant understand the menus just power it off then do:

Press volume_down+call+Power button. After boot, press menu button to start recovering.

(hold volume down and call and hold power down last - u need all 3 held down)

You can also, from the Home screen, click on the "Menu" button, then "Einstellungen" (the one with the "tools"), then scroll down to the last but one menu entry, click on it, and then click on the first menu entry.

Then a list will appear, where you can choose your preferred language

I found it on Friday, but thanks for your replies. Apparently the shop had opened the package and set it to German. I'm not too satisfied with that as they should have mentioned it on their website, but now it's set to UK English. And what a joy it is to use it
