Help Change message notification sound

I have a Samsung galaxy Alpha and strangely my message alert tone has changed now when I try to go to change it it only gives you 3 sound options silent Facebook pop and another sound anyone help here in how to get my old alert tone back

not knowing what you have, I think it would be a lot easier to just install a really decent message app, Textra is extremely popular and the only one I have used for years.

It will allow you to select a unique Notification tone for every contact in your list.
