Change notification sound for Viber?

Hi,
Today I bought Samsung s4, till today I have been using iPhone for 3 years. On iPhone, there is an option to turn off the notifications for Viber in settings, and you will not be disturbed by the sounds, until you enter the application.
I am trying to figure it out on my new Samsung, if it's actually possible to do that or not? I turned off the notification in settings, but the sound is still on. And then I turned off the notification sound on the sound button on the side, but then I can't hear when I receive an email or message... Is that going to be fixed? I really don't want to have any sound on Viber (but just on Viber)

There's a setting called "use system sounds"

I hear vibration and my daughter's ringtone if she calls on Viber. If it's a text, it's a different song. I use different ringtones for constant callers, so if I hear kid's ringtone, I answer regardless of which service. Carrier or Viber.
 
Yes I know that's system sound, but if that's off, then all text msgs and emails are off...all together with viber... They should separate the sound

Currently, Viber utilizes your phone's main settings for volume and vibration, so if you want to change anything in Viber, you should change the settings of your phone itself. In the future, we plan to add settings that are specific only to Viber, and when we have about this we will publish it officially.
 
What kind of shiftiness is Viber doing with the vibration? I simply cannot turn it off unless the entire phone is silent with no vibration. I disable notifications from the os level, still vibrates 3 times for a text. I turn off vibration inside Viber, still vibrates 3 times. I try with system sounds both on and off.... STILL vibrates 3 times. How can I make Viber NOT vibrate without muting the entire phone?

as many others i am too waiting for an option on/off viber sound.
Really looking forward because its annoying.
Also thought that if i EXIT the app in the evening or when i dont want to be disturb (as in "more options-settings-exit" says that "exiting will limit my availability ..... and might not receive calls and messages on viber") will do the job. But still my msg-s popup and play sounds :(

Any news how far this progress is?

Why is it that this has not been addressed yet? I have seen countless questions, and complaints about the notifications for viber via the samsung galaxy. The message sounds, notifications, vibrate all of that should NOT be connected to the phone, it should be able to be turned off or on in the app itself. very disappointing. when will it be adressed???
