Change payment type

I got the $25 google credit but I don't want to spend it yet I want to save it.But it seems like when i purchase something from the market it directly comes out from the google play credit instead of my credit card. Is there a way to switch it back to my credit card if so how?

I think before you check out there is a drop down to choose payment type. I'll verify when I get home where my N7 should (better) be waiting for me.

Yes that is correct. At the screen where you click "Accept and Buy", it says "Google Play Store Credit" (or something similar). Just click on that and it will bring up your other payment options.
