change PRL?

Anyone know the hidden menu for changing PRL'S? If I remember correctly it's ##7??#, Would appreciate any help. Want to start a thread for changing the easily!
 
##8778# ......but doesnt work on the midnight JB rom ....data programming works (##3282#).......try AnyCut.apk..or ##3424#
