When I first got my Samsung Galaxy Note, I could change the system font size under Display. After upgrading to Android 4.0.4, that setting has disappeared under Display and has been replaced by selecting a default system font type instead of size. Is there any way to change the default system font size on a Samsung Galaxy Note running Android 4.0.4?

I'm only on 4.0.3 and it's still there as an option under display, font size. It says there it only changes text size in the following apps: S Planner, Email, Contacts and Messaging.
