Help Change the dock without a launcher?

I really love my Inspire, and I really like Sense, but, imho the dock's from different launchers are much nicer on the eyes.

I really like Samsung's touchwiz interface/dock.

So I guess I have two questions:

1.) Is there a way to change the dock while still using sense?
or 2.) Is there a launcher or new homescreen that would make my whole interface more like touchwiz?

No way to customize the sense dock that I have found. I use launcher pro plus, it has a scrollable dock that can hold 15 apps/functions total. I think touchwiz was 4 spots available in the dock right? I havent used my captivate in like 2 weeks so I dont remember but I also had launcherpro on that.
