Help Change the quick launch app?

In GB, the quick launch button on the right side of the phone opened up the camera app. After the ICS upgrade, it now opens up a text message option. Is there any way to change it back to open the camera (or any other app)?

There must be a way to change it, because mine still opens the camera.

Turns out it was doing this because of the text messaging app I was using - Handcent. I uninstalled it, now the button opens the camera again. I'm going to install Handcent again because I prefer that over the stock text messaing app, and hopefully I can find a way to configure it so that it doesn't over ride the side button. If I can't find anything in the settings, I'll email the developer.
