Change time

Cant get my tablet to change out of the gmt time zone on the weather app that came loaded on it
 
What's the time on the tablet itself? GMT? Then change the time zone in Date and time. Your local time? Then that's th way the weather app was written (unless there's something in the weather app's settings to change it).
