Change video recording to 1080p - setting missing

The "phandroid.com/2016/02/01/honor-5x" website recommends changing the default video setting from 720 to 1080. It says to "swipe over to video mode and from there click the 3 stacked lines in the upper right corner, then select Settings. At the top of video settings, you’ll see Resolution. Change that to FHD 1080p (16:9, stereo) and you’ll be good to go."

When I do this, there is no 1080 setting. Can anyone say why that setting is missing?

I think that isn't present in the settings on the US version. I know there is a way, but you have to use ADB IIRC. I'll see if I can find it.

Ok, the 1080 setting is now showing. As the phone is brand new, I had not yet updated to the latest Build Number. I ran the Updater, the phone updated to KIW-L24C567B151. After that I was curious to see if the 1080 setting was available and yes it was. I didn't make any other changes, so I assume that Build (151) was published to fix that issue, but that's just an assumption. The Build notes didn't actually say anything about the 1080 setting.
