Apps Changes in layout.xml not showing in Emulator

I swear I have tried restarting eclipse, cleaning the project, importing the project again and still no matter what changes I do to my layout xml files via Eclipse, they do not update on the emulator. Even just changing the text on a button there is no change on the emulator.

Have you tried uninstalling the app from the emulator and running it again?
