Help Changing default action (save contacts)

So when I wanted to save a contact, I accidently confirmed 'save to SIM' default button (i'd like to have them on phone). I've checked this forum for a solution, and followed "Menu, settings, applications, manage applications" procedure. I checked each and every app (took me a while) and not single one of them had 'clear defaults' button highlighted. So I'm kinda stuck and searching for solution.
Samsung Galaxy S btw.
Please help.

When you are in the phone settings and hit then menu view, what do you see and can you change the setting there?

if you accidently set a default to save contact to phone or gmail and it stoped asking where to save, here is what you need to do.

go to settings>application>manage application>select all>contacts>clear data. dont worry this will not delete all of your contacts, just settings.
test it by adding contact and should pop up menu to where you want it to save (phone or gmail or facebook etc....

hope this helps....
