Help Changing default Voicemail number

Since I bought my phone, I changed my phone number.

When I use the notification feature to check voicemail, it automatically dials the old number.


Everything else in the phone (i.e. making reveiving calls/texts) is already int he phone.

Question:

How can I modify my settings so that the new number dials voicemail?

Press phone/menu/settings. Is the speed dial for your voicemail showing correct in there? If so, and you are still reaching the wrong number, contact sprint and explain to them what's happening. It's possible your default vmail number has gone a little screwy in the number change.

Here's the procedure:

Menu --> Settings --> Call Settings --> Voicemail (Set voicemail number) --> Pop-up box to change number --> Select "OK"

I have also been trying to change my voice mail number.

The procedure listed above does not seem to work for me. I can follow all the steps, type in the new number, press OK and the old number is still remains.

Any suggestions.
