Help Changing live wallpaper colour

At some time I used an option to change my live wallpaper colour. Can I find it noe? Can I heck! I've got Nova Launcher installed. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
 
LIVE wallpapers are pretty well set in stone as far as I can tell. There may be some that have configurable options...but none that I know of.
