Changing main screen icons

Hello all...just got a new charge..had problems with 4g and all network connections...got a replacement phone and trying to figure out how to reprogram the 4 buttons that are on the bottom of all the screens....did it before but can't figure out how I did it...who got the answer?

I have no idea but I bet if you shot on over to the Charge section of the forum they will know exactly what you mean:)
