Changing Profiles / Vibrate

Is there any way of changing the settings for the Vibrate profile so it makes a small beep when it rings or you get a message. The items are all greyed out.

I use it when I have my headphones in or on a train and would like a small noise to let me know if I have a call or message.

Turn off the vibrate and turn the volume up and you can set it.
