You unzip it to the root of your SD
If you do it with astro make sure to check the MD5 with AFV (market it)

You can edit the .zip, and delete the apks (the naming makes it obvious for most things)! Or use Titanium Backup to freeze apps

You install a TPT image by unzipping it your SD card and holding men + volume up at boot
You install a ROM by booting into ClockworkMod Recovery (Volume down at boot) and selecting the .zip to flash

That's an entire ROM, not a theme.
Download it to your SD, hold volume down at boot, and select the .zip from the SD!

If I wanna get rid of apps of Blue Ginger what should I do? Can I extract it on my PC and delete the apps and somehow install just as the folder?

You can view the .zip and delete the apps from /System/App
