I currently use an iPod, and one of my favorite features is while i am playing a game or browsing the web, i can double click the home button. That brings up the 4 most recent apps. If i swipe to the left, there are 5 buttons: Orientation lock, previous song, play/stop, next song, and music app.
This allows me to switch songs fast and easily without the app i am using leaving the screen. And the app even pauses and does not switch orientation while i am switching a song.
My question is, does Android have a similar way of changing a song without leaving my current app? I seen on youtube that there is a multitasking app that allows the user to swipe from the left to view the 8 most recent apps, but that is not at all what im looking for. I want my main app to stay on the screen and a small box that allows me to change my songs. Does this exist for Android?
