Changing text message sound notification

Well, first you need to put the mp3 on the sd card. Create a folder called Media, and another folder inside that called Notifications. Put the mp3 in there. Them go to your text messages, hit menu-settings, and change the ringtone to the one you put on the card.

And BTW, the search button is your friend...

Apparently its not my friend...I guess it didnt like the way i used it. But your instructions worked...thank you.
