Changing the default "blue" color on various screens?

This has probably been asked before, but I did a quick search and can't find an answer.

I just picked up the note 4. I hate the "blue" default color that is on a lot of the apps. The "call", messages, notification bar, etc all have that ugly blue headline.

I installed nova launcher, thinking it would give me the option to change it, but this blue is still staring at me.

Any help here?

I've had my Note 4 for a few days now and I hadn't noticed it, but after reading your post, I too am annoyed by the "blue monster"
