Help Changing the Home Screen

Hi...

Is there a way by which I could dtich the Home Screen as per Samsung's User Interface (TouchWiz or whatever it is called) to the stock Android Home Screen. If yes, pointers to how I can do this would be very helpful.

I was reading that the Orange San Fransisco (ZTE Blade), for example, has a "home Screen Selector" which allows the user to opt for the stock Android home screen. Could not find anything like that for the Galaxy Fit.

Thanks. What I mean is that Samsung's TouchWiz (if I am understanding this correctly) is an overlay over the vanilla Android interface. I was wondering if I could somehow remove the Samsung overlay and see what the android interface looks like.
