Changing Themes and Icons

I am considering to find a way to change my icons and theme on my phone. What is a good program to download and use to do any of these things. And also, does anyone know how to get the Jesse James theme. Thanks in advance
 
Well there are several apps you can try out and see which one is for you. Fresh Face is fairly simple and has several themes you can choose from. There is open home, dxtop, ahome but these you have to pay a fee for. Not too expensive but not free :D. You can also Use Any or Better Cut. This apps doesn't have themes but it does allow you to change Icons (via downloaded icon packs) among other useful things.
 
Thanks for your help. I think I may be considering open home as it seems a lot more people are happier with it than the other programs. I do know fresh face causes a lot of problems so I wont be considering it.
 
Is there a way to get the Sense UI on the myTouch like the Hero? I saw the video for that and wished I had that (And the multi touch)
