Help Changing time zone?

So just a quick question, how come when i go to date and time there isn't a time zone option?

Because time is automatically set by the network, so it will be correct for whatever area you are in.

I know it wasn't an option on the motion but the s3 has it
If for some reason you do need to change it and your not on the network you can get some apps from the playstore to do it.
