Changing user name on email

I set up my cousin's new work email on his Android phone today, and he sent me an email just to make sure things were working. The message was delivered, but I noticed that the sender was simply "Me". I told him that he should get this changed and I would see what I could find out. I then noticed that my emails simply say my email address for the sender. This isn't too bad, but I would like to change that to my name. Does anyone know how to change the display name in the default mail app?

You are offered a chance to give the "account" a name when you originally set it up...the easiest way to change it is to go into your "Accounts" and delete and re-create the email...I hope this helps!
