Help Changing Yahoo! News to something else

For the Lock Screen option and Alarm option, you have the choice to set a News ticker on the Lock Screen and for the alarm to announce the news when it sets off. Is there a way to change the news from Yahoo! to something else, like NYTimes or Slashdot news only?

You will need custom locker app like GO Locker or Holo Locker and then adjust settings from lock screen to activate your news app(or any app for that matter) you want to open from lock screen. i.e. my camera option on my Holo locker is set to open not my camera but my Tumblr accnt app.

Also if news app you pick has alarm or notification settings then yes you can set it through the app itself in settings.

I don't want to open any app from the lock screen. The ticker that shows on the bottom of the lock screen is news from Yahoo! and I want to change the source of the news to something other than Yahoo!

And the alarm I'm using is the Clocks app that came with the phone and it uses Yahoo! news for the alarm as well but I want it to read out something else instead of Yahoo! news
