Help Charge boost screen

[Android Question]

Hi there

After connecting my phone BQ Aquarius E4.5 to charge a screen popped up offering a charge boost possibility. Is this legit from android?

I am extremely cautious downloading apps and I am quite certain I didn't installed any malware, that's why I am surprised.

I have a screen shot of it if interested.

Thanks
