Okay I have an Android 2.3 Tablet. The sticker by the charger port says 9V.. Well my charger had totally taken a crap! So I went and bought a new one at Hastings. When I got in the car I noticed that the charger was 5V. Does the charger for this tablet HAVE to be 9V??? Or can I use the 5V? Will it make a difference? For example will it be a slower charge???? Please help. I don't know if I need to take the charger back or if this one will do!!! Also, when the charger is plugged in, the light is red and DOES stay on. When I go to press the power button it turns green ONLY while holding the power button, it makes a fuzzy sounding ding but nothing happens. When you let off of the button it goes back to red. Is it just not charged enough? Is it fried??? I'm so lost. H-E-L-P
