Charger problem

Hello! I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy S. Everything is fine but you know, the same problems with battery. When I connect the charger to the computer everything is fine, it charges but when I connect it to the electricity I am not able to use the screen anymore and it opens random pages by itself! Help please!!

If its new then go back with it.
If you did buy it 2:e hand you need to reinstall a new firmware.
