The charger wasn't showing the lightning bolt. I took the plug out of the phone and replugged it. The bolt was there but it disappeared again. I repeated and it repeated. I unplugged it from the wall but that didn't help. I wonder if it could have something to do with Android System WebView. I set it back to an earlier version because it was a space hog. Then it stopped showing up under all apps until I switched to really all, including system. It's been reduced to 0 kb. The version is 46.0.2490.76. Meanwhile, the phone is stuck at 92% charged, or at least that's what it claims. Do I have to put the app back to the new version? I don't see any way to do that.
