Help Charging and fingerpint unlock not working

Anyone else's fingerprint reader to unlock your phone not working when your phone is charging?

Mine is super quick to unlock when not plugged in. But as soon as its charging, it seems to take extra time or not even recognize my finger when I try to unlock it with it.

I just got mine a week ago today and I haven't had it plugged in yet with it on. I turn it off when I go to bed and then plug it in. If I remember tonight, I will plug it in while it's on and try. While that does sounds strange, perhaps that's how it works. I will respond back.

I plugged mine in before turning it off and it works the same as when it's not plugged in. I turned it off and back on, then plugged it in again and it still works fine. It's as fast and immediately like usual. You might try a soft reset. With the screen on, press and hold the power button in. Don't release it. It will power down and when it comes back on, release the power button. If that doesn't help, you might clear the system cache. Good luck.

The one issue I've seen is if Daydream is turned on. Daydream keeps the fingerprint scanner from working, you have to hit the power button before the fingerprint scanner will work.

Interesting. I don't use Daydream so I guess that's why I didn't have the problem.
