Help Charging complete notification

Anybody know how to disable the notification when the transform completes charging or reaches 100% fully charged? My transform vibrates when it completes charging and is really annoying during the middle of the night!

Not rooted.....unfortunately I do not want to root until 2.2 comes out. but, alterast I know I am not crazy for thinking this notification feature is annoying!

PROBLEM SOLVED ! NO COST !
I saw this suggestion in another forum and it WORKS, so I'm passing it on !
Set the global notifications to SILENT.
Set the notification on Gmail to any ringtone, NOT DEFAULT.
Set the notification on messaging to any ringtone, NOT DEFAULT.

You'll still have a tone when you 1st plug the phone in to the charger, but NO tone when it's fully charged.

I added this:

menu:settings:applications:development: (uncheck all boxes)

the screen turns on initially but then turns off like it should
