Charging Issue Galaxy SII

My galaxy SII is simply not charging, Every time I plug in my phone the exclamation mark charging issue pops up; Then after a few minutes it goes away. When my phone then says it's "charging" it isn't. Meaning that it will be on "charging" for maybe an hour and it will have charged nothing. Earlier today when I was "charging" my phone, instead of increasing the battery charge, it reduced it. (I left it charging for an hour on 7%, after an hour it was 4%)
 
Hi! There are three options: change the cable you're using; blow out the USB port of your device, and the third option will cost you: buy a new (original) battery pack.
If your battery is a year or older, it might be bad.
