Help Charging issue?

I've had my phone for about a month now, and it always charged perfectly fine. I was also charging it earlier today. But now, my phone refuses to charge. I've tried: different outlets, different cords, charging through my computer, removing the battery, restarting my phone several times.. I'm temporarily using (and charging with the same cords/outlets) my Blackberry since my phone is now at 20%.

Any ideas on what to do before I take it to the store?

I am having the same charging problem. My phone is 2 months old and it did this once about a week ago and is now doing it again. It seems to be charging on the USB connection to my laptop but only when the phone is turned off and even then it is charging very slowly. Any suggestions? Wishing I had the reliability of my old Blackberry.

I have problem with charging time from day 1. but some people said, its larger battery, so it should take 3 hours. So i thought thats ok, its taking longer than normal..

but last weekend, i compared my phone with my friends infuse. there is lot of difference between, these 2 infuses.

he was able to charge from 10 to 100 in 1.5 hrs, where as my phone went from 26 to 54. Both phones connected to wall outlet at the same time.

I am using all basic settings to improve battery life, (like, no wifi, blue tooth is on and connected to my blue tooth. GPS on only when I am travelling to new place)

but my friend phone wifi and GPS are on all the time.

and his battery life is better than mine. He is able to watch videos on phone for more than 4 hours in office, and he is around 40% by the time he reaches home.

for me, with 30 mins of calls, and slight browsing, and facebook, i am at 30% by the time i reach home.

Should I go back to best buy.. is there a problem, if I go with the Infused ROM, or should I unroot, and then go to best buy..

please advice

My advice, try a rom on Ginger with Entropy's kernel that charges fast from low battery, then settles off slowly at the top.! Then if it still does not work, take it back. Make sure you Odin it back to stock beforehand lol.

yesterday using ODIN i instlled stock rom.

all these days i used Infused 2.1, i think its gingerbread only.
I will think about entropy kernel, otherwise, i will goto bestbuy first..

Thanks for your advice

Try Entropy's kernel, and if charge time is still bad, then just try to live with it lol I am except mine charges too fast for me, wish it could charge in about 6 hours so my phone does not sit there half the night fully charged.
